“Hm.” Rolling her shoulders backwards, the pinkette stood erect, fixing each gloved appendage amongst the curve of her thin waist line. A single, coral brow perked, indulging in the slightest cant of her head. “As long as everything is fine… I’m glad you’ve returned.”

“I’m glad to be back. If you don’t mind me asking, is everything ok?”

“I’m sorry I was gone for so long.”

She purposely evades the query, instead offering one of her own. “Have you been well, Simba? You were absent for quite awhile.”

He noticed her evasion of his question, but decided it was best to say nothing. “I’ve been ok. Just had some things to do. But I’m back for good now.”
